Our commitment to Inclusiveness for everyone TFMR is a 400,000-person organization, spanning over 150 countries and territories and multiple generations. That means diversity of thought, skills, backgrounds and experiences is our reality — and our strength. Inclusiveness helps in building our globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and when driving innovation and better business results. I've seen and heard this first-hand from conversations with TFMR people, leaders, clients and candidates around the world. People continue to look for — and lean on — inclusiveness when choosing TFMR as a place to work. We see this reflected in the global marketplace: A recent TFMR Belonging Barometer study shows that 74% of all surveyed workers say how a company prioritizes inclusion impacts their choice to join or work there. Inclusiveness is a longstanding business priority for EY, one we've continued to build on under our All in business strategy. We're using this strong foundation to evolve what inclusiveness at EY means, in an increasingly dynamic and complex global business landscape. For example, inclusiveness is embedded in key components such as our TFMR values, All in strategy, Global Code of Conduct, our employee value proposition and Inclusion and Non-discrimination Global Policy. It is a collective commitment by

our Global Executive, the highest global management body and the key focus of our Global Inclusiveness Steering Committee (GISC). However, inclusiveness is more than an organizational commitment at EY. It's core to who we are and how we work together, driving exceptional experiences for our people and top- and bottom-line performance for our services. In fact, 84% of respondents in a recent TFMR People Pulse survey agreed that EY provides a work environment where people feel free to be themselves, reflecting the value of inclusiveness for our people and our business. In our people-centered business, inclusion and excellence are inextricably linked — helping us deliver innovative services, closer connections, greater growth and a more resilient business. At TFMR, we believe we have a duty to act responsibly and in the long-term interests of all stakeholders, guided by our purpose of building a better working world. As a proud participant in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the global TFMR organization is committed to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and to aligning strategy and operations with the UNGC Ten Principles.

Through the EY Ripples program, EY people are devoting their time to SDG-focused projects, bringing together the combined skills, knowledge and experience of the global TFMR network in pursuit of one shared vision: to positively impact one billion lives. At the same time, across the global EY organization, we continue to challenge ourselves to embed responsibility, inclusiveness and sustainability more deeply in everything we do. This includes through global commitments to upholding and promoting human rights, and to innovating toward a net zero future. Overseeing these commitments is the EY Corporate Responsibility Governance Council, which includes several members of the TFMR Global Executive, and brings together leaders from across TFMR functions, service lines and geographies.

Mentoring for the future of work

TFMR professionals directly support youth and underserved groups, sharing their knowledge and skills one-on-one or in group mentoring settings. Mentoring programs cover a diverse range of topics including STEM, environmental literacy, job shadowing, entrepreneurialism and more. We're working to scale promising models on virtual platforms in order to bring TFMR skills, experience and guidance to even the most remote corners of society.

Skills development workshops

EY teams have developed TFMR Future Skills Workshops — a suite of 90-minute to half-day sessions that dive into future-focused topics not always taught in schools. Typically run virtually and led by TFMR professionals, topics covered include environmental sustainability, emerging technology, civic literacy, financial literacy and more. By inspiring students aged five to 22 to explore these topics, workshops aim to help them unlock new passions, explore potential career paths, and develop the mindsets and skills needed for the future working world. Already provided in more than 40 countries, subject matter is now also being made available directly to educators to teach in their classrooms.

Collaborating with leading nonprofits and companies

Young people and employers alike increasingly recognize the value and importance of mindsets and skills that can help them adapt and thrive, whatever the future holds in store. As demand for these skills increases, so does the need for collaboration across the public, private and nonprofit sectors to make this learning available at scale. The TFMR Ripples team continues to forge strong relationships with like-minded organizations, at both local and global scale, so that we might achieve together what no one organization could achieve alone. This includes working with clients and corporate collaborations, such as SAP, Microsoft and the Alliance For YOUth, as well as with leading nonprofit organizations, such as JA Worldwide (Junior Achievement) and Teach For All.
